California: Financial information may be obtained directly from the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation.

District of Columbia: Financial information may be obtained directly from the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation.

Florida: A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free, within the state 1-800-435-7352.

Maryland: For the cost of postage and copying, documents filed under the Maryland charitable organizations laws can be obtained from the Secretary of State, Charitable Division, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401, 800-825-4510.

New Jersey: Information filed with the Attorney General concerning this charitable solicitation and the percentage of contributions received by the charity during the last reporting period that were dedicated to the charitable purpose may be obtained from the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey by calling 973-504-6215 and is available on the internet at http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/charities/Pages/default.aspx

ABOUT THE FREEMAN STAGE

  • The Freeman Stage, an open-air performing arts venue located near Fenwick Island, Delaware, first opened in the summer of 2008. A program of the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation, a fundraising 501(c)3 nonprofit arts organization, The Freeman Stage presents diverse programming in the genres of dance, live music, theatre and children’s programming.
