We do not have gift certificates at this time.

Mobile tickets can be accessed two ways:

  1. By logging into your account at freemanarts.org, directions on how to do this can be found here. *Please note if you used guest checkout at the time of purchase you can create your account by hitting the "Forgot/Reset Password" button under "MY ACCOUNT."
  2. Via the email sent when you purchased your tickets. The email is delivered by info@freemanfoundation.org. Be sure to check your spam folder. 

If you'd like to share your tickets with friends you can screenshot them off of your phone and send the images. Or you can forward the email with your tickets, just be sure to make note of which unique # each of you will be using so that there is no duplicate scans.

The safety of our guests, team, and artists is our highest priority. We will continue to monitor the safety guidelines set forth by the CDC and the state, as these policies may change over time. 

Tickets are available at freemanarts.org. Patrons are limited to purchasing eight (8) tickets per event, unless otherwise noted, including orders associated with the same name, email address, credit card or other information. If you purchase tickets from another source, you risk that these tickets are fake, void, or have previously been canceled. Individual reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited.

For evening performances, gates open at 5:45 p.m., or the discretion of the artist, unless otherwise noted on the ticket.

For 10 a.m. performances, gates open at 9:30 a.m.

Freeman Arts Pavilion is a cashless venue. For concertgoers who come to the venue with only cash, Freeman Arts now offers a cash exchange kiosk. Convert your cash, dollar for dollar, with no charges, to a prepaid Mastercard. Use the card anywhere, not just at Freeman Arts Pavilion!

What’s the cash exchange process?

Guests without credit cards or digital payment options can convert their cash to a prepaid card via a kiosk located in the venue near the Main Entrance. Multiple cards can be purchased. There are no fees associated with getting a card. Any balance remaining on the prepaid card can be spent outside of Freeman Arts Pavilion.

Are any of the funds held back during purchases?

No. The full amount of the card will be available for any purchases.

Where can I use the prepaid card?

This Mastercard can be used throughout the venue to purchase food, beverages, tickets and merchandise. Additionally, any remaining balance on the card can be spent outside Freeman Arts Pavilion anywhere prepaid cards are accepted.

Does it expire?

If after 91 days the card is not used, the bank deducts $4.95 per month. If the card is not used within 2 years, any remaining funds will be forfeited.

No outside food and beverage items* (including reusable water bottles/cups, stainless steel koozies and factory-sealed water bottles) are permitted into the venue. Glass bottles, cans, coolers, reusable water bottles/cups, stainless steel koozies, thermoses, ice chests, open containers and alcohol of any kind are prohibited. Empty Freeman Arts Pavilion wine carafes and empty Freeman Arts Pavilion refillable water bottles are permitted.

Yes! Freeman Arts Pavilion includes concessions for all to enjoy. The concessions open prior to performances with the gates. The Canteen offers food and an assortment of beverages, including beer, wine and canned cocktails. Freeman Arts Pavilion also partners with local food trucks to offer additional dining choices. Please check our social media messaging for the food truck schedule.

Seating arrangements vary at Freeman Arts Pavilion, based on the event. Options include general admission, where patrons may bring their own chairs, and fixed reserved seating, where chairs are provided. Many events may have a combination of seating arrangements. For reserved seating: all even-numbered tickets are seated on the left side of the venue, and all odd-numbered tickets will be seated on the right. Sequential ticket numbers will be next to each other (ex: seats 2,4 and 6 would be seated together). Given that there are a variety of seating scenarios that are utilized, please refer to the venue website or check the pre-show email for seating determination for each event. A graphic for seat maps can be found here.

Will Call tickets may be picked up at the onsite box office between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., starting June 1, and patrons must show photo identification that matches the name of the ticket purchaser. On performance days, the box office will remain open until 8 p.m. The Box Office is closed Sundays unless there is a performance. Tickets are not mailed and must be scanned on a smartphone.

The safety and security of patrons at Freeman Arts Pavilion is our highest priority.  Freeman Arts uses walk-through metal detectors, handheld metal detector security wands and other security measures, including video surveillance. Please plan ahead and allow yourself enough time to pass through security. Thank you in advance for helping us create a safe environment for all.

 

Patrons will be permitted to bring a single clear plastic/vinyl bag (no larger than 13" x 15") of personal items. Ziploc bags are permitted. Small bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" with no more than one pocket are also permitted. Diaper and medical bags are allowed and subject to search.

 

Parking is free but limited. Carpooling and ridesharing is encouraged for all performances. Lots are conveniently located adjacent to Freeman Arts Pavilion and accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking attendants will direct vehicles when they arrive onsite. Biking is also encouraged with plenty of bike racks located near the Main Gate. Our Park & Ride Shuttle is also available for select performances. 

Freeman Arts Pavilion is a rain-or-shine outdoor venue. However, in the case of severe weather — safety first! Please check our social media and website for weather updates.  

Tickets are nonrefundable; all sales are final. If a show is canceled, ticket buyers will be notified. If a refund is issued, purchasers will be notified via email.

Freeman Arts Pavilion is a smoke-free venue. Smoking, including the use of vaporizer devices, is prohibited on the grounds, as well as in the restrooms.

Yes, strollers and blankets are allowed and can be placed anywhere in the General Admission sectionsFor patrons who purchase fixed Reserved Seating tickets, there is no designated parking area for strollers.

Children under 2 who are worn or are seated in the lap of an adult do not require a ticket for performances. If children 12 and under are free to attend, it is noted in the individual performance listing. 

Each performance will have designated accessible seating, which can be found on the interactive seat map when purchasing tickets online. General Admission performances also offer accessible tickets and a designated area in the venue for seating. Accessible parking is available in the lot closest to the main entrance of Freeman Arts Pavilion on a first-come, first-serve basis. More accessibility information can be found here. 

We strongly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the performance time listed on your ticket.
